The Eastern States Exposition sought West Springfield government approval of a plan to expand the Fair from a 12-day, two-weekend format to a 17-day, three-weekend event to ensure the Fair’s future economic viability.

We were engaged to develop a comprehensive community relations strategy, along with senior management at the Exposition, that led to town approval of the extension.
