Valley Opportunity Council - Springfield Fuel Assistance Program

CHALLENGE

Valley Opportunity Council - which amongst its many services, provides fuel assistance to households in Hampden County - was awarded the contract to be the new provider of fuel assistance for Springfield. Outreach to Springfield residents and existing fuel assistance customers was critical and timely.

RESULT

PRA helped VOC in the development of the branding and launch of the new fuel assistance program serving Springfield. This included branding and signage at its two new storefronts, a website landing page, a ribbon cutting event, and mail communications to eligible households.
