CHALLENGE
After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, a public labor dispute between the SSO and its musician’s union, and national headwinds challenging many regional symphonies, PRA helped launch a comprehensive and timely communications program to re-establish the brand and a new season.
RESULT
The range of strategies helped buttress the brand, communications around a labor settlement and helped re-engage media outlets and the public, while employing video to reach traditional as well as new audiences.
