Paul Robbins Associates, Inc. is a Western Massachusetts-based strategic communications agency that provides public relations, marketing and crisis communications services; online content management and website redesign strategy; and award-winning digital, video and print communications, all designed to help tell your story and achieve successful results.
With the increasing commoditization of the communications business (read PRA blog entry), Paul Robbins Associates starts and focuses its work on the development of a strategy designed to accomplish your mission. We think it really is as simple as that. Determine the goal, study the marketplace, develop the strategy, execute, win the day.
We have been winning the day for those we collaborate with—starting with historic upsets in political campaigns engineered by Paul Robbins when his consultancy was first started. Later, as a partner in FitzGerald & Robbins, Paul’s role as creative director of agency client Eastern States Exposition (The Big E) led to record-setting attendance and international creative recognition for the iconic event. More recently, Paul Robbins Associates conceived and executed a community texting campaign, 413families/familias, that has garnered national attention, and designed communications for an early literacy initiative that led to multiple-year recognition by the National Civic League's All-America City award.
Our strategies and executions of communications (and the marketing commodities that have helped our clients succeed) have been recognized multiple times—from the American Association of Political Consultants, the International Association of Fairs and Expositions and the Summit International Creative Awards.

The Common Ground podcast is locally produced by two of the media's industry leaders, Paul Robbins and Dave Madsen, an on-air TV news anchor and reporter for more than 45 years. The podcast interviews guests from Western Massachusetts who have led interesting lives and careers. The purpose is to connect the audience with compelling stories that underscore our common humanity. Each episode is designed to provide an uplifting experience without division or discord, allowing the audience to find Common Ground with each other.
